After arriving at the Calgary Paintball and Laser Tag facility you will suit yourself up into a clean pair of overalls. You will then be instructed to
please sign a waiver (ages 10 and up) enforcing the safety rules and liabilities.
Only after this has been completed full-face safety goggles and a paintball gun will be issued. Shortly after your instructor will give a gun-operating demonstration, and clarify all safety rules on and off the field. Full details of these rules can be found here.
Once all players understand these rules, your instructor will then explain how to play the game of
"Capture the Flag". It is a game combining strategy, stamina, mental alertness and self-control. For detailed instructions of how to play, please

There are many different ways indoor paintball can be played. This following
list is intended for more experienced players and groups who wish to add a new
challenge to their game, or try something new and different. Instructors can clarify or arrange these games for your group.
We recommend you print out the rules for any game(s) you would like to play, and go over them with the entire group making sure everyone understands them. Please read carefully, as some games may require materials to be brought to the paintball field.
A minimum one-hour of game play is guaranteed, and if the arena is not busy we may allow groups to play for an extra hour free! Remember, the game of paintball is intended to be pure fun! It is an exciting way to get a workout, while testing your stamina, mental alertness, self-control, and strategy with friends. Paintball is a place where fellow employees or strangers can quickly become friends.
